Blue Lit is the brain child of April Line, the goals continue to revise themselves.  We are working on a comprehensive mission statement and on acquiring a proper board.  By the end of summer 2012, we hope to launch an online, subscription based literary journal & contest, that will enable us to keep with the original mission of getting writers paid for smart books and increasing the same books’ visibility.

Other things we want to do?

-Start an online Literary Journal
-Create a Writer in Residence program
-Offer a writers’ retreat
-Start a book group
-Start a scholarship fund
